How do the users test buzzer?
Majority of the buzzer users do not have the following five equipments for the testing buzzers, especially the first and the second ones.
1. The Function Signaling Generator
2. The Decibel Meter (Noise Meter)
3. The Power Stabler
4. The circuit tester
5. The voltage converter/ frequency converter (0~300Vac/3~10A)
There is a certain regulation and operation for testing buzzers in the business circle. But what should the users do when no equipment for buzzer testing is available? Commonly, the users will install the buzzer on their own products and test whether the buzzer will produce noises? This is certainly a very good way of testing; however, the users will oppugn the problems raised, like the noises collected seems to be lower than the noises created when using other brand buzzers and the noises somewhat seem to be similar and so on. In fact, this problem emerges endlessly. It can also be understood that it is the problem over which both the users and the manufacturers will have disputes. It is because that when testing the buzzers, most users will use ears to listen. The differences in users’ ears will make some people find the buzzers loud and other people find the buzzers light. This reason resembles eating and buying clothes:
some people find it good and others find it bad. This is why our company finds it unjust from the user’s opinions.
Following suggestions are from our company for the users’ references:
1. When the users have the equipments, the users should inspect the bussers according to the specification we provided
2. If the users don’t have the equipments, they can use the limited samples as a contrast during the source verification test. In other words, they should file the accepted and eligible samples as tools for later contrast.
